READYOPS · EARLY ACCESS

Terms of use

Please read these terms before using the ReadyOps website or app. They explain what the service does, what your firm is responsible for, and how access works during early access.

Effective 30 October 2026

Early access: use test information only

ReadyOps is still being developed. Unless we approve your firm for live use in a separate written agreement, use synthetic or non-confidential information only. Do not upload real client records, financial statements, tax documents, personal information, or connect a real client mailbox.

1. Who these terms cover

ReadyOps is operated by Shivneel Prasad, trading as READY OPERATIONS (business registration number 2026RB021415). ReadyOps is the product brand. For business, privacy or legal enquiries, email admin@readyops.dev.

“ReadyOps”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that operator providing the ReadyOps service. “You” means the person using ReadyOps. “Firm” means the accounting or professional-services organisation whose workspace you use. “Customer content” means information, messages, files, records and other material that you or your firm submit to the service.

These terms apply when you visit readyops.dev, request access, create or use a workspace, or use any ReadyOps app or subdomain. If you use ReadyOps for a firm, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that firm. If a separate signed order or agreement conflicts with these terms, that written agreement controls for the conflicting point.

2. What ReadyOps does

ReadyOps is a developing workflow service for accounting firms. It helps organise client requests, incoming evidence, engagement readiness and follow-up drafts. A firm workspace may be made available at its own ReadyOps subdomain. The exact features available depend on the release and any written arrangement with us.

During early access, features may change, be limited, interrupted or withdrawn. Early access does not include a service-level guarantee, a promise that a particular feature will be delivered, or a commitment to operate the early-access service indefinitely.

3. Accounts and workspace security

Provide accurate account details, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share accounts. Each firm administrator is responsible for inviting authorised users, choosing appropriate access, removing users who no longer need it, and supervising their use of the workspace.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except to the extent it was caused by our failure to meet an obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may take reasonable steps to protect a workspace or the service if we detect a security risk.

4. Your information and client permissions

Your firm keeps its rights in customer content. You give ReadyOps permission to host, display and process that content only as needed to operate, secure and support the features you use and as described in our Privacy notice or a separate written agreement.

You are responsible for having the rights, client authority and other permissions needed to provide customer content and use it with ReadyOps. During early access, the restriction in the notice above applies even if the app lets you upload or connect information. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, highly sensitive personal information, or information you are not authorised to share.

Keep your own copies of important records. Do not treat ReadyOps as your firm’s sole document archive or recordkeeping system.

5. Automated suggestions and professional review

ReadyOps may use automated systems, including machine-learning tools, to suggest a client, engagement, document type, period, checklist match, summary or follow-up. Suggestions, extracted details and confidence indicators can be incomplete, misleading or wrong. They are aids for review, not verified facts, accounting or tax advice, an audit conclusion, or a substitute for your professional judgment.

Your firm must check the original source material, client identity, engagement, period, completeness and every suggested action. A readiness score does not certify that information is complete or that work is ready to begin. A draft email is not sent merely because it was generated or saved; an authorised user must review and approve any send action.

6. Email and third-party services

If you connect Gmail or another third-party service, the person who connects it must have authority to do so. You authorise ReadyOps to access the selected data and perform the actions needed for the features you choose. The third party’s own terms and privacy rules also apply, and its service may change or become unavailable independently of ReadyOps.

Review every email draft, recipient and attachment before sending. ReadyOps does not send a client message without a user action that approves sending. Your firm is responsible for its mailbox permissions, client communications and compliance with applicable email rules. You can disconnect an integration through the app where that option is available.

7. Acceptable use

Use ReadyOps only for lawful firm work and in line with these terms. Do not:

  • access another firm’s workspace or information without permission;
  • use the service to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited messages;
  • upload content that infringes another person’s rights or that you are not authorised to share;
  • interfere with the service, probe its security, bypass access controls, or introduce malicious code; or
  • resell, copy or exploit the service except as we have agreed in writing or the law permits.

Contact us if you believe someone is misusing an account or workspace.

8. Fees, invoices and subscriptions

Browsing the website, requesting early access or using a free evaluation does not by itself create a paid subscription or an obligation to pay. ReadyOps does not currently collect subscription payment through the website. We will provide the applicable price, currency, billing period, included services, taxes, payment method, renewal and cancellation terms in a written offer or invoice before paid service begins.

A paid subscription begins only when both sides accept the applicable written offer or order. Any invoice due date, late-payment process, renewal, refund or cancellation right will be governed by that offer and applicable law. Contact us at admin@readyops.dev for subscription enquiries.

9. ReadyOps intellectual property and feedback

ReadyOps and its software, design, name, logos and other materials are owned by us or our licensors. While you comply with these terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to use the service for your firm’s internal evaluation or subscribed business use. No other rights are transferred.

If you choose to send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve ReadyOps without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify your firm or disclose its confidential information through that use.

10. Availability, changes and support

We work to keep ReadyOps useful and secure, but early-access software can contain errors and may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, security work or reasons outside our control. We may change or discontinue a feature. We do not promise a particular response time or support level unless a written agreement says otherwise.

We may update these terms as the service develops. We will post the current version here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will give reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not agree, stop using the service and contact us about your account or subscription.

11. Suspension and ending access

You may stop using ReadyOps at any time. We may suspend or end access if we reasonably believe an account creates a security or legal risk, these terms have been materially breached, access is required to be restricted by law, or the early-access service is being discontinued. Where practicable, we will tell the firm administrator and allow an opportunity to address the issue before suspension.

Offboarding suspends access and provides a 30-day export window. Permanent deletion of active customer data requires explicit ReadyOps administration approval and verified receipt of the export. Default retention is seven years after engagement closure for engagement records and documents, seven years for audit/security history, and 90 days for imported email/AI analysis unless retained as evidence. Backups and completed exports expire within a further 35 days after approved deletion, subject to legal hold, daily processing and provider deletion timing. Shorter contractual periods must be agreed in writing. See the Privacy notice for exceptions, shared identities and external-provider copies. Ending access does not remove rights or obligations that already arose, or provisions intended to continue.

12. Warranties and liability

ReadyOps is provided during early access on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the service will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular professional outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, consumer right or other protection that the law does not allow us to exclude.

To the extent permitted by law, neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of a non-excludable legal duty, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Any additional liability limit for a paid service must be clearly stated in the applicable written agreement.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Fiji. The parties submit to the courts of Fiji, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply in the place where you or your firm are based. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue promptly.

14. General

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. If either side does not enforce a right immediately, that does not waive the right. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer the service and these terms as part of a business reorganisation or transfer, provided this does not remove protections required by law.
